Welcome to the ESLR Blog.
The EDINBURGH STUDENT LAW REVIEW (ESLR), established in 2008, was the first publication of its kind in Scotland. Managed and written entirely by students, it aims to provide a forum for law students to engage with current legal issues and debates. Our blog continues this effort. The Blog strives to complement the in-depth analysis that has filled our print pages for the past 9 years. We hope that the ideas presented through this new platform will generate debate, uncover new questions, challenge our readers, and inspire continued exploration.
